STEM Communities Learning Assistant Program Faculty Opportunities
College of Science and Engineering faculty can follow multiple pathways to engage with us, each other, and students as they learn to become better instructors and experience a greater sense of community in STEM at Texas State University. Participating STEM departments receive multifaceted intellectual, material, and logistical supports to empower faculty-student teams in developing sustainable communities focused on culturally relevant instruction.
Course redesign teams
Faculty in Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Mathematics, and Physics are receiving support for a multi-semester course redesign process, working in teams that include multiple faculty and undergraduate Learning Assistants.
