In support of Texas State University and its commitment to provide the best academic environment possible, our department strives to assist each school and department with the acquisition of goods, services and professional services necessary for educating the students of the College of Science and Engineering.  Our goal is to develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with university departments, vendors and state procurement, and we will do our best to meet all the purchasing needs of the college in an efficient, economical and timely manner.  Procurement decisions will be made in the best interest of the university and in compliance with federal, state and university rules and regulations.
