Welcome to the College of Science and Engineering (CoSE) at Texas State University!
As the university’s largest college, CoSE is home to more than 9,700 students pursuing degrees across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We are at the forefront of innovation, advancing discovery and learning through our diverse academic community.
Our college includes the Departments of Agricultural Sciences; Biology; Chemistry and Biochemistry; Computer Science; Engineering Technology; Mathematics; and Physics, as well as the Ingram School of Engineering and the Materials Science, Engineering, and Commercialization Program. Together, we offer 25 undergraduate degrees, 15 master’s programs, and 11 doctoral degrees, ensuring that every student can find a pathway to learn, innovate, and thrive.
